Orders

How long will it take to get my order?

Most EU orders arrive within 2–5 days. We ship from Belgium using UPS, DHL, or Bpost depending on your country.

How do I know my order went through?

You’ll get an order confirmation email within a few minutes. Didn’t receive it? Check spam or contact us.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change or cancel your order, contact us immediately at support@hympalastore.com.

My order hasn’t arrived — what should I do?

First, check your tracking link. Still nothing? Contact us at and we’ll look into it right away.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Bancontact, iDEAL, and Apple Pay.

Can I use multiple promo codes?

No, only one code can be used per order.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, you can purchase digital gift cards here.

Will I receive an invoice with my order?

You’ll get a digital invoice by email. If you need a VAT invoice, contact us after placing your order.

Shipping and Delivery

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 14:00 on weekdays are usually shipped the same day. During releases or sales, it may take 1–2 days longer.

What carriers do you use?

We use UPS, DHL, and Bpost depending on your country and selected method.

Can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can also track your order by logging into your account using the same email you used during checkout.

Do you offer express delivery?

Not at the moment. All orders ship with standard tracked delivery. We may introduce express shipping for select countries in the future.

Do you ship outside of the EU?

Currently we only ship within Europe. Non-EU shipping may be added in the future.

Returns and Exchanges

How do I return an item?

Are returns free?

Returns are free in some countries, and partially covered in others. View our Returns and Exchanges page for more info.

How long does a return take to process?

Once we receive your return, it’s processed in 3–5 days. We’ll email you when it’s done.

Can I exchange for a different size or product?

We don’t offer direct exchanges. You can place a new order and return the original item.

Can I return my online order in-store?

Yes. Online orders can be returned or exchanged at our physical store in Hasselt (BE). Bring your order confirmation email with you.

Do I need an account to order?

You can check out as a guest. Creating an account helps you track orders and manage returns more easily.

How do I access my order history?

Log in using the email you used at checkout. You’ll see your order history and tracking info.

Product Care

How do I wash and care for my clothes?

Always check the care label inside the garment. In general: wash cold, hang dry, and avoid harsh chemicals.

Can I iron or tumble dry items?

We recommend hang-drying to preserve fit and print quality. Tumble drying is not advised unless the label specifically allows it.
